Open the templates gallery, click the template you want, and it is copied into your workspace and opened in the builder.
Are templates free?
Yes. Any template can be used on the free plan, within the plan's monthly form and response limits.
Can I change a template's questions?
Completely. Templates are only a starting structure; every question, option and setting is editable.
Can I change a template's design?
Yes, apply a different theme, colours, fonts or a banner image without touching the questions.
How do I find templates for my industry?
Use the category pages, such as education, medical, employee or business forms, or search the gallery by keyword.
Can I reuse my own form as a template?
Duplicate the form whenever you need a new copy with the same structure.
