Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to access Formblyt, you agree to these terms. If you use Formblyt for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement.

2. The service and your account

Formblyt provides tools for creating and managing forms, surveys, signatures, audience interactions, and related content. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Licence and intellectual property

Nirmal Kori retains all rights in Formblyt, including its software, design, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. Subject to these terms and your plan limits, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, copy, or circumvent technical limits except where applicable law expressly permits it.

4. Your content and AI features

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it only as needed to operate and improve the service. You confirm you have the rights and permissions required for your inputs and use of outputs.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and must not rely on them as legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice without qualified oversight. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove content, or restrict accounts to protect users, rights holders, and the service. Rights-holder complaints may be sent to legal@formblyt.com; repeated infringement may result in termination.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Formblyt for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, hate or exploitative content, intellectual-property infringement, malware, security probing, unauthorised scraping, disruption, jailbreaking safeguards, or collection of data without a lawful basis. You must not expose sensitive data through public forms without appropriate notices, permissions, and security.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans renew at the billing frequency shown at checkout until cancelled. Plan features and limits are described on the pricing page. Upgrades or downgrades may take effect immediately with prorated charges or credits as shown during checkout. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

7. Availability and warranties

We work to keep Formblyt reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, unlawful conduct, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable chance to remedy the issue. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data may be deleted after any legally required or stated export and retention period.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability relating to Formblyt will not exceed the fees you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. Material changes will receive reasonable notice where required. Questions may be sent to legal@formblyt.com.
