What is Formblyt?

Collecting information from other people is messier than it looks. Details arrive by email, on paper, over chat and in spreadsheets. Someone has to retype them, chase missing answers, and keep track of who has replied. When the form itself lives in a document, respondents on a phone struggle to fill it in, and the data ends up scattered across several places.

Formblyt puts the whole cycle in one place: creating the form, sharing it, receiving structured responses, and exporting or analysing them. Because every answer is stored in a defined field, you get consistent data instead of free-text emails, and you can see at a glance how many people started, finished or dropped out.

Publishing gives you a shareable link, a short URL and a QR code. Respondents open it in a browser — no account needed — and submit their answers. Each submission appears in your response list, where you can open individual entries, filter the list and export everything to CSV.

Alongside the raw responses, the analytics view shows how many people opened the form, how many finished, and which question loses the most people. If you have collected payments or signatures, those records are attached to the matching submission. You can keep editing a live form; existing responses are preserved.
