Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident trying Formblyt. Eligible purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee.

1. 30-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with a Formblyt purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original order date. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
2. How to request a refund
Purchases and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and provide the email address and transaction details used for your purchase. You may also contact support@formblyt.com for help locating your order.
3. Processing
Paddle reviews and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Taxes and currency conversion are handled as part of Paddle's refund process.
4. Subscriptions and cancellation
Refund requests are separate from subscription cancellation. Cancelling a subscription normally prevents the next renewal and leaves paid access active until the end of the current billing period. To request money back for an eligible payment, submit a refund request within the 30-day window above.
5. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refund handling is also subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
