Forms, Quizzes, Signatures and Live Audiences: What Makes Formblyt Different
Most tools do one job. Formblyt combines forms, quizzes, e-signatures and live polls in one workspace — here is why that matters in practice.
The stack most teams end up with
A form builder for lead capture. A separate quiz tool for training. An e-signature service for contracts. A live polling app for events. Four subscriptions, four logins, four exports that never line up.
Formblyt exists because those four jobs share the same underlying object: a structured set of questions sent to an audience, with responses coming back.
One builder, four output types
Forms
Standard data collection with 20+ field types, validation, uploads, advanced and selection tables, conditional logic and optional payments.
Quizzes
The same builder with scoring attached. Correct answers, explanations, time limits, shuffling, and server-side grading with per-question analytics.
E-signatures
Agreement flows where the respondent reviews content and signs. The signature is captured with the submission, so the record and the consent live together.
Live sessions
Polls and Q&A for events and classrooms. Results update in real time, and participants upvote questions so the best ones surface without a moderator triaging a chat.
Why sharing one core matters
Because the pieces compose. A training module can be a quiz whose passing score unlocks a certificate form. An event can run registration, a live poll during the session, and a feedback quiz afterwards — with all three tied to the same audience. A contract flow can collect data, take a payment and capture a signature in a single submission instead of three tools handing off to each other.
With separate products, every one of those flows requires an integration. Here they are configuration.
The AI layer
Every surface has the same generation path: describe it, or upload a document, and get a working draft. That includes PDF to form, PDF to quiz, and prompt-to-form. The generated draft is fully editable — nothing is locked behind the AI.
Design and branding
Forms inherit a theme rather than looking like a generic survey. Paid plans remove Formblyt badging entirely, so what your audience sees is your form, not our advertising.
Data handling
Responses are stored per form with row-level access control, so only the owner and people they explicitly invite can read them. Access modes let you make a form fully public, invite-only by email, or gated behind an approved access request. Exports are available whenever you want your data out.
Where Formblyt is a good fit
- Schools running admissions, tests and parent feedback
- Agencies collecting client intake, briefs and signed scopes
- Event teams doing registration, live Q&A and post-event surveys
- SaaS teams running lead capture, onboarding checks and NPS
- Anyone currently paying for three tools that each do a slice of this
Where it is not
If you need a full CRM, a marketing automation suite, or deeply custom workflow orchestration across dozens of internal systems, a form platform is one component of that, not the whole thing. Formblyt is deliberately the collection and engagement layer.
Getting started
Create one form, one quiz and one live poll in the same afternoon. The point is not that any single one is unavailable elsewhere — it is that they share a workspace, an audience and an export. That consolidation is usually where the time and money actually come back.
